Terms of Service

1. The service

AAMDM is a multi-tenant service operated by ISHI KOI FARM COMPANY LIMITED, Tax ID 0601224050, 185 Loc Vuong, Nam Dinh 10000, Vietnam. It lets a business manage the Apple devices it owns and issues to employees from a separate administrator workspace.

2. Features and availability

Features marked Phase 1, Phase 2 or Phase 3 on the website are not part of the service until they are released, and we do not promise release dates. Illustrations and sample data on the website show how the product is intended to look and are not a statement of current functionality.

3. Accounts and workspaces

A workspace is created for your business on request. You are responsible for your administrators’ accounts, for keeping credentials and two-factor codes safe, and for the actions taken in your workspace.

4. Customer responsibilities

Manage only devices that your business owns or controls and assigns to its employees or contractors. Tell employees what is managed and why, and comply with the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for your Apple accounts, certificates and tokens. You must not use AAMDM to track people or to collect data unlawfully.

5. Fees

We do not publish fixed prices. Fees are agreed in writing with each customer before the service is used on a paid basis.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of AAMDM is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: manage only devices your organization owns or controls, do not use the service for covert monitoring or to enforce payments or financing, and do not attempt to access another customer’s workspace or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaks these rules and will cooperate with competent authorities as the law requires.

7. Support access

Our staff enter a customer workspace only to provide support the customer asks for. A time-limited access feature controlled by the customer is planned for Phase 3.

8. Data and confidentiality

Customer data remains the customer’s. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we keep it confidential. Where a signed agreement or data processing agreement applies, it prevails over these terms to the extent they differ.

9. Liability

The service is provided as described on the website. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees the customer paid for the affected period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
