Subprocessors & Data Retention
The companies that help us run AAMDM and the website, and how long we keep different kinds of data.

1. Subprocessors
We use the following providers. Some process information on our behalf; others, such as Apple, are services that a customer connects and controls.

We will update this page when providers change, and will tell customers about changes to providers that process their device data before the change takes effect.
2. Data retention
These are the periods we apply, unless the law requires longer or a signed agreement says otherwise.

| Customer account data (administrators, workspace settings) | While the contract is active; deleted within 30 days after the contract ends |
| Device records | Deleted within 30 days after the device is removed from the workspace or the contract ends |
| Audit logs | 12 months, then deleted. Deleted with the rest of the workspace when the contract ends. Customers can export them while the contract is active |
| Backups | Overwritten on a rolling cycle of up to 35 days; deleted data leaves backups within that cycle |
| Invoices and payment records | For the period accounting and tax law require |
3. Deletion on request
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by writing to contact@aamdm.com. We aim to respond within 72 hours. For information held in a customer’s workspace, we work with the customer, which decides how that data is used.
4. Deletion when a contract ends
When a customer’s contract ends, the customer can export its data, and we then delete the workspace’s account data and device records within the periods above. Backups age out on their normal cycle. We can confirm deletion in writing on request.
