Solutions / Remote teams
Company devices,
wherever your team works.
Give distributed employees a company iPhone, iPad or Mac that arrives ready to use, and give IT one place to see and act on every device.

The challenge
The problem with devices you cannot touch
- Devices are shipped to homes, so nobody on IT sees them before the employee does.
- Settings drift: every device ends up configured a little differently.
- When a device is lost or an employee leaves, it is hard to know what state it is in.
How AAMDM helps
What you can do,
and when.
Guided enrollment
Employees follow a focused enrollment page that explains each step, using profile-based enrollment.
Zero-touch setup
With Apple Business Manager, company-owned devices can be assigned to AAMDM and enroll during first setup, straight out of the box.
Baseline policies
Configuration policies apply the same standard to every device, so remote devices match the ones in the office.
Lost-device response
Remote lock for a company device, with a confirmation step and an audit log entry. In development.
One inventory
See serial number, model and management status for every device, organized by branch.
A record you can follow
Administrative actions are logged with an actor, a target and a time.
Phase 1 is in active development. Zero-touch setup and policies are planned for Phase 2, with no committed dates. Phase badges show where each capability sits on the roadmap.
Setup
A simple way
to get started.
- 1
Connect Apple services
Create your MDM push certificate with a company-controlled Apple Account and link your workspace.
- 2
Enroll a first device
Send an employee the enrollment page, or assign devices once Apple Business Manager support is available.
- 3
Agree a baseline
Decide the settings every company device should have, then apply them as policies when they are released.
- 4
Plan for the unexpected
Write down who can lock a device and when, so a lost laptop or phone has a clear owner. Remote lock is a Phase 1 command that is still in development.
