1. Who we are

ISHI KOI FARM COMPANY LIMITED, Tax ID 0601224050, 185 Loc Vuong, Nam Dinh 10000, Vietnam (“we”, “us”) operates AAMDM and the aamdm.com website. We are the controller of information collected through this website and of administrator account information for the service.

When a business (a “customer”) uses AAMDM to manage devices it issues to employees, the customer decides why and how employee device data is processed. We process that data on the customer’s behalf and under its instructions.

2. Information we collect

From this website: the details you enter in the contact form, namely your name, work email, company, country, optional phone number, fleet size and message, together with the time of submission. We use them only to reply to you.

• Device identifiers and hardware details, such as serial number and model
• Operating system and enrollment status
• Assigned policies and apps, and compliance status
• Administrator audit records of actions taken in a workspace

From customer accounts: administrators’ names, work email addresses, roles and sign-in activity.

What we collect from managed devices depends on the enrollment method, platform and the management features a customer has enabled.

3. Information we do not collect

AAMDM does not collect personal messages, personal photos, browsing history or personal app data from managed devices. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

The site does not set cookies or store information in your browser, and it loads no third-party scripts, trackers or advertising networks. Fonts and images are served from aamdm.com. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

5. How we use information

We use information to answer sales inquiries, to provide and secure the service, to enroll and manage devices on behalf of customers, to troubleshoot problems, to keep audit records, and to communicate with workspace administrators about the service.

We do not use device data to profile individuals or for marketing.

6. Sharing and service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and the service, and only as needed for that purpose. These include hosting and infrastructure providers, and a messaging service that delivers contact-form inquiries to our team.

A customer may direct the service to exchange information with Apple, for example through Apple Business Manager and the Apple Push Notification service, to manage its devices.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Where the law allows, we will tell the affected customer before doing so.

7. Retention and deletion

Contact-form details are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then deleted or anonymized.

Service data is kept while the customer uses the service and is deleted or returned after the contract ends, or earlier on a valid request. Invoices and payment records are kept for the periods that accounting and tax law require.

8. Your rights and requests

You may ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to contact@aamdm.com and we will aim to respond within 72 hours.

If you are an employee whose device is managed by a customer, you may contact that business or us. We will work with the business to handle the request.

If a data breach affects you, we will notify affected people and the competent authorities as the law requires.

9. Security

Each customer’s data is kept in a separate workspace. Administrator sign-in uses two-factor authentication, service credentials are stored encrypted, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

10. International processing

We are based in Vietnam. Information may be processed in Vietnam and in the countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
