Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This policy applies to every customer, administrator and user of the AAMDM service operated by ISHI KOI FARM COMPANY LIMITED, Tax ID 0601224050, 185 Loc Vuong, Nam Dinh 10000, Vietnam. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

AAMDM exists so that a business can secure and configure the Apple devices it provides to its workforce. Anything outside that purpose is not permitted.

2. Permitted use

AAMDM may be used only by organizations, to manage devices that the organization owns or controls and has assigned to its employees or contractors.

Administrators must tell the people who use managed devices that the devices are managed, what is managed and why. The Employee Privacy Notice explains what administrators can and cannot see.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use AAMDM, or allow it to be used, for any of the following:

• Managing consumer-owned or personally owned devices without the owner’s informed consent and an employment or contractor relationship with your organization.
• Covert monitoring or surveillance of any person, or collecting personal content such as messages, photos or browsing history.
• Using device restrictions, lock or erase to enforce payments, debts, leases, installment or financing agreements, or to pressure a person to pay.
• Reselling or offering the service to manage third parties’ consumer devices.
• Any use that violates Apple’s terms or programs, or applicable law.
• Attempting to access another customer’s workspace, probing or disrupting the service, or circumventing its security controls.

4. Apple terms and applicable law

You are responsible for your own Apple accounts, certificates and tokens, and for complying with Apple’s terms for Apple Business Manager and the Apple Push Notification service. You are also responsible for complying with the employment, privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you.

5. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may investigate, ask you for information, restrict features, suspend a workspace or terminate the agreement. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why before acting. We may act immediately where a violation puts people or the service at risk, and we will cooperate with competent authorities as the law requires.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe AAMDM is being misused, or that you are being managed in a way that breaks this policy, write to security@aamdm.com. If you are an employee, you may also raise it with your employer. Security vulnerabilities should be reported under our Responsible Disclosure policy.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
