Questions we hear
What is included in early access?
Early access customers use AAMDM as features are released, starting with Phase 1: workspaces, APNs connection, profile-based enrollment, device inventory, remote commands and the audit log. You also get a direct line to the team and a say in what we build next. Features marked Phase 2 or Phase 3 are planned, and we do not promise dates.
How does billing work?
Pricing is per managed device. You can be billed monthly or annually, and the agreement is written down before any paid use begins. We do not publish prices on this site; we confirm them with you in writing.
Are there volume tiers?
Yes. Larger fleets are priced in tiers, which we share on request. Tell us roughly how many devices you manage when you contact sales.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. Before a contract ends you can export your organization’s data, including the audit log. We then delete it within the periods set out in our retention table.
